Shipping Times, Details, & Cost:
For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 5-7 business days after the processing period. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing from the date your order is placed unless noted as preorder items.
We will always do our best to deliver your package as soon as possible and on time. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses, courier delays and other clearance issues.
We are NOT responsible for reshipping items out to you due to an incomplete or incorrect address. If items are returned to us for these reasons, we will gladly reship your items to you at your own expense.
All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, it must be reported to us within 3 business days, or it will be considered wear and tear and you will not be eligible for a return. Once notified of the damage we will send you a replacement and cover all shipping & handling fees.

We do offer services for making custom hat chains and patches. Please reach out to us with what you are looking for. Prices will vary based on items requested and quantity.
